It is, for sure, one of the best and most famous parks in London. We really liked it. The Hyde Park is huge. There are several entrances and you can access this park from different neighborhoods and streets. It is an easy place to visit and enjoy.

While walking through Hyde Park, you will find people riding rollerblades, cycling, skateboarding and sunbathing (on the rare occasions when the sun shows up…).You can also rent a boat to row on the lake, rent a sunbed to lie on the lawn or go horseback riding. It is certainly the park with the best infrastructure. You can take your picnic or buy your snack at a restaurant or cafe in the park.

TIP: THE HYDE PARK HAS THE BEST INFRASTRUCTURE FOR LEISURE ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY.

We loved the huge trees, whose branches go down to the ground. You can “enter” under the canopy and it feels like a cabin. Just seeing to understand. It is worth to try.

Once a part of the Hyde Park, since the construction of the Kensington Palace, they are considered different parks. Both are separated from each other only by the Serpentine River.

The Palace was once the official residence of many illustrious British, including Princess Diana. You can only visit part of its interior. Don’t expect too much. We were looking for more of Diana’s history, and there was very little. Few dresses that did not make the visit worth it.

We had no idea that we would pass in front of it. We knew the Royal Albert Hall from the DVD of the live show by singer Adele. We went straight to the box office to try to buy tickets for any show to see it during a performance, but unfortunately, all the shows were sold out.

St. James Park is the oldest Royal Park in London. It is very close to Buckingham Palace. And it is certainly one of the best and most famous parks in London. It has our preferred landscaping. Obviously, it is is a lot smaller than Hyde Park, and so, much easier to keep it .

4) GREEN PARK – BEST AND MOST FAMOUS PARKS IN LONDON

It is also close to Buckingham Palace. However, for us, although it is one of the most famous, it is not one of the best parks in London. When we went, the grass was very tall, poorly maintained. We did not see anything interesting about it. Except for the fact that it is always good to have green areas in big cities …
